Title: Premature Menopause dosage levels
Post by: Lisanandy1 on March 08, 2021, 04:15:58 PM
I started premature menopause at 37 and have been on HRT more or less constantly ever since. Latterly Femoston 1/10 and prior to that Elleste Duet I think. I’ve just been researching that younger women starting menopause early like I did really should take a higher dose to counteract symptoms- so here I am 10 years later feeling a bit shortchanged and wondering if this is why I’ve never really felt huge benefits of HRT like others report 😢. Any other prematures have a similar experience or can offer advice?

Hi!  Where have you done your research, the Daisy web-site is specifically for early menopause.

How do you feel over all?  MayB keep a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress.

Hi Lisanandy1,
I am 38 and in early menopause. I am on the coil and patches at the moment. I too am thinking maybe I need to go on a high dose contraceptive pill for mine. I'm not very knowledgeable though on it all. Has nothing helped you?
