Title: HRT query

Hi
Just a query. I am having lots of hot flushes,  sleepless nights, lack of energy, lack of libido ....... I could go on. A few years ago I tried patches (femseven sequi) which were great until they stopped. Tried evorel sequi but had side effects so tried without but now to the point I need some help and thought I'd try hrt again.my issue now is that I have been 10 months without a period so would prefer not to start having them again.
Any advice on what I should be trying

Hi!  :welcomemm:  I am sure that someone will be along with advice ......... which symptom would you like to ease first?

The night sweats for a bit of sleep would be a good place to start x

Hi

Femseven Conti are back and available. Probably worth trying them or Femeston tablet as it has the same progesterone as Femseven
