Title: How long to settle after one week of HRT?!!

I took one weeks worth of HRT tabs last month. I then had a heavier period than normal. I'm about ovulating time right now (to took the pills over a month ago) and I feel awful, terrible ovulation pain and v teary. I only took 7 pills weeks ago. How long before I settle back down?
