Has anyone had any good reports about trying Digestive Bitters for the stomach problems which seem to rear their ugly little heads during Meno?

Have to admit that I've never heard of it .........

My GP gave me 'colpermin' capsules to be swallowed within an hour of my main meals.  To get rid of upper gut wind. Worked well, along with motilluim.

It was on prescription.  MayB look on a pharmacy website, Lloyds may have it on their shelves?  I had to swallow 3 small white pills every hour B4 main meals ........ 1 was never enough to ease symptoms of slow transit.
