Evening Ladies ... I'm 56 and have been on sequential hrt for a number of years .... i dont know where i am with my natural periods , but feel i now want to try continuous hrt . I read that you either have to be over 55 or have been on hrt for over a year . So do i need to ask my gp ??? Or do i just do it ....???
and are there any ladies who have switched regimes recently and have found it better . Thanks ladies x
