Title: Cycle counting question

Hi.  So I am on my first cycle of Sandrena 0.5mg and Utrogestan day 15-26.  I took my last utrogestan tablet on Thursday last week and am still waiting for a bleed. Do I wait for bleed to start counting the next cycle ie bleed =day 1 or should I be counting from Friday last week? Thanks
