Hi, I’m not currently taking HRT but have a phone appointment tomorrow with my Gp to discuss options
Any advice on what I should ask I find it all confusing

Do U require HRT?

MayBe make a note: first, your last monthly period. How regular they were/are.  Your main symptoms, many find that keeping a mood/food/diary useful.  You don't have to change a prescription until you are certain it's what you require.  MayB ask for the suggestions to be written down first so that you can check them on here?
