Title: Sea Buckthorn
Post by: Postmeno3 on February 01, 2021, 05:55:02 PM
Those ladies using this, please can you clarify if you are taking it instead of topical HRT, as well as; likewise instead of or as well as systemic HRT? What stage of the menopausal process is it most beneficial for? Many, many thanks!

I started sea buckthorn about a month ago, and am also using systemic and local oestrogen. I am taking it for dry eyes and nose, so it will be a bonus if it does anything for my VA. It is supposed to be good for mucous membranes, but I think being only a month in is early days. I wonder how long I should give it. If anyone can comment on this I'd be grateful.

Do a search.  I'm sure there's another thread on this.

I know it's very early days indeed for this, but, so far, I'm impressed! Things just feel like they're being calmed down at the moment and that's a great start. Just a shame it's so expensive......

I can't find the original thread on Sea Buckthorn, but I'm wondering if there could be any contra-indications for circulation problems? I've started to get some stinging and soreness in the veins in my legs which may be entirely coincidental.....
