Title: Missed gel doses

Sorry to bother you all but I wondered if anyone could advise on 2 things
- if I missed a day of gel could this cause some bleeding outside my normal cycle
- I have been taking the ustrogetan part daily 100mg as I felt too rough on the 200mg.
I believe the 100mg is continuous without a break or do I have to take a couple of days break at the end? I've read conflicting advice.

Hi there, if I miss a day of gel, I also find it may start a bleed.

Personally I take the Oestrogel all through the month and take 2 Utrogestan tablets each night for the last 12 days of the month.

Thanks for the reply. I had a suspicion this was the reason. But nice to be reassured. I tried taking the 200mg for the last 12 days for a few months but it made me feel really awful and rough.
Feel better on the lower but longer dose.
