Title: Best probiotic?
Post by: Postmeno3 on January 21, 2021, 01:10:37 PM
Hi,
Can anyone recommend a really effective probiotic, cost-effective, too? The one I see needs four tablets a day and costs rather a lot. I used to make my own kefir, but it's a bit of a demand with M.E. and the shop-bought versions can be heavy on sugars and work out expensively, too.
Thanks!
😀

Thanks. I worry a bit about combinations of things, but good it's helping you. I suppose it's down to researching what probiotics are specifically beneficial for mature urogenital health though I just read an article which says they can do more harm than good, messing about with unknown states. Minefield!
😱

Yes,it's a minefield, one minute you're told DO take supplements, then you read ,no DON'T take any,my gut has had issues for years but I do find the live yogurts are fab,the Yeo valley one is the one I buy
