Title: BBC Programme About Mental Health

Hello ladies

Did anyone see yesterday's the programme on the BBC about mental health? It covered such topics as insomnia, anxiety and depression all of which we know can arise during the menopause. There was also an item on reducing  palpitations which was quite interesting.

Any thoughts ladies?

Hi Kathleen,

I only caught the end of it but it looked good so will get it on iplayer.

Something about probiotics caught my attention.  We all need all the help we can get, at the moment.

The programme wasn't the best quality really, a bit 'science lite' if you see what I mean but still worth a look.

I was trying to work out how all the advice related to women having a rough menopause. Maybe you and other ladies can work it out and let me know!
