I’m on Evorel Sequi with an extra estrogen patch, and mostly feel great on it. I have found that in recent months I’ve got a few digestive issues, cramps, slightly bloating etc in the second half of the cycle, worse after I start on progesterone. Does anyone have any advice as how to deal with it?
