Hi everyone was listening to Ewen & cat who are the breakfast presenters on clyde 2. Ewen was telling us how he thought his wife was pregnant when he found this test but it turned out to he a menopause test.
Ive never heard if these and wondered if anyone on here had tried used one?
Thanks

No idea. I am not aware that there is a specific test :-\

It seemed to be the same as a pregnany test hence the confusion but suppose it might pick up hormone changes
-
R U able to get the name of the product from the programme?

Pregnancy tests detect a hormone called hCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) produced by the chorion, the outer membrane around an embryo.
Menopause tests detect a hormone called FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) produced by the pituitary gland in response to absent feedback from declining ovarian function.
