Been on Hrt for 10 years and I've started having hot flushes again. Started several months ago, mostly they start in late afternoon and continue overnight. I take my pill every morning, femoston conti 1mg/5mg. Do I need to change the dose? Any advice welcome

Welcome Kat1960! Hot flushes can be a symptom of other conditions besides menopause, but if don't have any other issues, maybe you could try taking your HRT pill in the afternoon to see if it helps? :-*

I don't have any other health issues, thyroid function checked a few months ago and all normal, non smoker, healthy bmi and exercise regularly .
I'll try taking it at lunch time and see if that helps, thank u 👍

Worth a try first but I think you'll need a higher dose.
Sage what other conditions can hot flushes be a symptom of?
