Happy New Year Ladies xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Here's to a better 2021
Okay I hope someone can help :o)
Has anyone used a Probiotic to assist with stomach issues and if so which one? I did use Symprove once then spilt the bottle so at 20.00 a pop decided not to buy anymore.
Basically I seem to have a gripey sore stomach/cramps (navel area) bit like Colitis - seems more aggravating when I sit down (which I've read is down to ruddy hormones). There does seem to be loads on the market so I just want to find the right one. Have seen something called GARDEN f Life something or other and its supposed to be good and reasonably priced.
CAN ANYONE HELP???????
tHANK YOU XX

Hi menopausalalways, Happy New Year. My own experience is that kefir is much better than other probiotics.

I sweat by Kefir has worked wonders for me. A small glass every morning and my gut is calm and happy. Xx

Oh that's wonderful, sweetie, growing your own kefir! Follow the instructions (you can find a lot of good info online) and soon you'll be sharing it with family, friends and neighbours! Tell me how you are coming back and I'll make sure to :kick: if you're a woman ;D

Been using Optibac Probiotic for a few years, I feel it helps with my IBS symptoms. Optibac have a variety of combinations for different issues, sometimes it can take trial and error to find which one is best for you x

Not necessarily. You can use sugar and water. https://happykombucha.co.uk/pages/how-to-make-water-kefir
