Title: Estriol vulval use?

Hi,
I asked about something for urogenital protection and nourishing and was prescribed Estriol cream. Her directions and leaflet only describe internal use and so I have no idea how to treat myself with the cream, how much to use, with or without applicator etc. One step forward, two back?
