Hi guys can you take magnesium while on HRT ?? I’m on the gel and progesterone tablets I’ve just purchased Epsilon life magnesium 100% chelated. Thanks Tara

Best taken through the skin, if possible, most effective that way. Epsom Salts baths solve that problem. Also best taken at night.

Yes i take it in tablet form to stop my muscle cramps.  I’m on hrt x
