Just popped in to say hello. I'm new to this site though sadly not to menopause but I'm lucky enough to have an HRT aware GP practice so that helps a lot.

Evorel conti and and Estriol (sp?) cream are the HRT that has been given.

How R U getting on with both? Is this a recent prescription or have you had time to get used to it?

I've had it for a few years so things have settled down The first 6 months on the patches took a bit of getting used to.

How can we help? We talk about most things: dog breeds, cycling, exercise, gardening - occasionally menopause ::) :D
