I'm 66 and on HRT half a Tibolone 2.5mg tablet a day, which suits me fine and no side effects. Problem is, for the past month I've had very dry labia, which makes sitting and even getting comfy in bed difficult. Tried KY Jelly but it dries sticky and makes it worse. Have you any recommendations for something for sensitive skin (anything fragranced makes me itch and causes a rash) that I can use daily?
Many thanks x

Do read our threads on bladder issues and vaginal atrophy.
I use KY jelly at night if necessary. MayB try 'sedafed' or something suitable for a baby, 'Nivea' ; try 2 avoid products with SLSulphates which is the frothing agent in many items.
Have a lookC at the 'sylc' and 'yes' websites. Some ladies have success with these and you may get freebies ;-)

You need a local oestrogen preparation such as Vagifem or Ovestin, available from your GP. Many women need local as well as systemic HRT to combat VA. A proper vaginal moisturiser such as one of the Yes products or Sylk is best.

Olive and Bee is very soothing on the undercarriage. It can be a helpful adjunct to any hormonal treatments.

Yes, Olive & Bee is great. No nasties in that one! For those who prefer a water based moisturiser, I've been using Sutil recently. It is really nice and one application lasts me all day 😀.

Thanks, everyone!
Think I'll try the water based ones you suggest and if that doesn't work, will ask my GP for oestregen prep.
