Hi there,
I'm about 5 years into peri and have started with indigestion and ibs type symptoms. I've had them in the past but at the moment they are really bothering me. I've had a lot of stress lately so wondering if it's that.
Does this sound like a peri symptom?

Any tips to ease it? I've started a probiotic every day.

Have you tried looking at FODMAP? It was the only thing that helped my ibs symptoms. There's lots of information online about it with foods to avoid. You have to be strict with yourself at the beginning then slowly try different things and see how you go.

10 mins. prior to a bleed I would need to rush to the toilet with the 'runs' even if a period wasn't due. So 4 me it was definitely hormonal!
I've had IBS for years, medication from the GP helped. Slow transit is my main issue, feeling the need to empty the bowel but it won't!
