Never used a forum before so excuse me if I haven't done this right dizziness tired aching joints just want to eat chocolate moods are bad so try sertraline as it's whats bothering me the most I hate them had bad mood swings with pmt since I was a teenager but this is much worse im 50 on Saturday where do i look on here for help on what has helped others as I haven't a clue 😅

Hi Jeane 70. You can ask any questions right here and also browse around the forum. There is a search box where you can look for posts from others on a particular problem. Viewing on my phone it's at the top of the page in a blue bar.
Tell us a bit more about your symptoms and what your periods are doing and we can advise you.
If you look under your profile name there is a 'show new replies to your posts' and if you click on that when you visit the forum again it will show you any replies you have had. You'll soon find your way around here.
