Morning or evening? - Oestrogen gel
Utrogestan vaginally - is the sleep “benefit” lost via this way? 🤷🏻♀️
Some friends say that the morning is good for oestrogen and the evening is good for progesterone?
Kinda makes sense as oestrogen is supposedly the “happy” hormone and we want that in the day - and the progesterone is the sleepy hormone and we want that for night. I’ve been having my oestrogen morning AND night but starting to feel a bit wired at night.
thoughts please ... 😘
Thanks

I have always used the gel at night at bed, it has no effect on my sleep but the Utrogestan makes me feel very wired at night, I cannot use it in the day though, will fall out. ;D

I apply Estrogel at night because I shower before bed.
