Title: Brain fog!!
Post by: Nas on November 24, 2020, 05:01:41 PM
How do you all manage at work? I’m on HRT, but brain fog is a massive issue! I’m 49, can’t remember words, can’t articulate what I want to say and  feel sure im losing the plot! Definitely in the wrong job, now that menopause has hit me ( TA at a special needs school). Not helped by the fact that I work with young non menopausal colleagues!

Oh my god, how long is this going to last?

Coping strategies please?

We have threads on most issues and we talk about menopause sometimes  ::)

We have a thread :Doing stupid things: as well as "There's a Strange Women in my House" ........

Some find that keeping a mood/food/syptom diary of use to chart progress.  Brain fog is 'usual'.
