Thought I had managed to keep this pesky and annoying symptom under control - but - its really, really worse today. Apart from sucking ginger sweets ALL day which bhas resulted in burning in my mouth can anyone else suggest anything else....please, please...........
Not sure if I can buy any medication OTC??
Do these symptoms ever, ever go away????
Thanks for reading - much appreciated xx

Is it cyclical? I hate nausea. Ginger biscuits can ease it as can Kwells etc., anti-travel sickness tablets. These can cause drowsiness.

Sturgeron is good and available OTC. You can get wrist bands that put pressure on a pressure point. They didn't work for me but might for you. Might be worth checking it really is a meno symptom rather than inner ear.

Any improvement this afternoon?

Thanks for asking ;)
Sent Hairy Jeremy to the pharmacists - they gave him VERTIGON which is as good as a chocolate fireguard! Bless him he went back and got me some Stugeron so will take that when I go to bed.
Thank Goodness for this site!

Bananas or slow release foods can ease symptoms. Check your eating pattern, it may be helpful to eat every 3 hours ;-)
