Morning all,
I would like some opinions onthe following please.
I have switched from Femonston 2/10 to 1/10 because the estrogen was too high.
The lower dose worked well for about 2 weeks and then my symtoms came back with a new one added...the worse ever, hypnic Jerks which a electric shock sensations in the muscles that occur just as I fall asleep...I wake up...back to sleep...another one occurs and so on. I end up awake or sleeping very lightly for short periods. They can be accompanied with tingling hands and feet with hot flushes thrown in.
Yesterday my GP suggested I top up the Femonston 1/10 with one pump of Oestrogel to try and get ahalfway measure between Fem1 and 2. I had no heard of this combination before.
What do you think?

So I actually slept last night having applied one pump of oestrogen yesterday morning.
But I am still not completely convinced it is safe to do this.
Anyone have any advice on this ....please
