Morning Ladies!
Woke up with stomach cramps - seems like yet another Miserable Meno Attacker out to get me!!. Getting REALLY really fed up of this
Do other ladies get this and if so apart from a hot water bottle what do they take?
Thank you XX

Is it at a time you would have a period? U could try an over the counter pain relief or warm bath?

Is it like a period cramp as clkd asked? Or how are your bowels,go to the loo regularly?
-
Any improvement?

Many thanks for your replies.
As I have never been regular at any time in my reproductive life, I have no idea if the cramping is due to that or not. I never used to get stomach aches then either! Obviously they were storing these until now :(
Hmm - Iit does feel like a mammoth poo might help - but I've just been sitting on the loo getting a cold botty
No better.................

Oh that need to get rid of a poo - we have threads on that too!
MayB gentle exercise around the house will relieve the need to poo sensation. I used to get constipated prior to a bleed, mayb this is cyclical?

Drink LOTS of water,I NEVER drank water EVER unless thirsty but now I make a 2L jug up and always finish it before the days out and since doing that I've been a lot more regular and I used to be a once or twice a week kinda gal

Thank you- I'll fill a container and put in the fridge ::)
