Hi there
I have read and read but cant seem to find anything I can myself do to help with this.
On top of this I am feeling like I have a constant urine infection so have booked a doctor consultation but have to wait 2 weeks. My GP isnt doing any appointments due to COVID unless its an emergency!!
It feels like my period is due but it has been 14 months since my last period. Cant seem to get my GP to help me with HRT so I have booked with another doctor to try again.
Sorry but bit all over the place.

If this gp won't help you can ask for a referral to an NHS menopause clinic - though that could be a long wait. Read the threads on vaginal atrophy, it can have similar symptoms to a urine infection.
