Seems like I'm in here a lot again at the minute. Just seems like 1 thing after another.
So after the problems with HRT and BC causing my high BP and the bleed behind my eye, which caused me to lose partial sight (still not returned and under the eye clinic for treatment but been 3 weeks now and getting scared it won't return). Then started to feel rough and achey, high temp, headaches, sore chest.. Etc. So a covid test was taken, thankfully negative But still had the horrendous flu like aches and pains. Have spent 2 and a half weeks resting so I know my posture and my diet is rubbish too.
Then on Friday night stared with neck aches and chest shoulder aches, aswell as ear ache under left ear. Progressed thru Saturday to both sides of neck aching quite badly. Only comfort I seemed to get was laid flat or stood up.
This has been a little easier today but still there, then today I felt brighter this morning, more energy so cleaned a bit and tidied and sorted. Made a meal tonight too.
Thru the day I've developed horrendous period cramps in my stomach and back, then started a period too.
Now I'm sat here having hot flushes, my gums feel swollen, my heads fuzzy, my nose feels tingly and like a catarahh feeling/smell, my eyes ache, my chest feels inflamed sort of like heartburn starting and my legs are restless.
Also need to wee lots, my necks cricky and I just feel weird. I'm thinking this has to be hormones again as I'd stopped the HRT and BC 3 weeks ago so my bodies having weird reactions to it trying to get to some sort of normal?
I don't have a high temperature and my BP is fine. I'm just confused.
Back at the Eye clinic tomorrow so fingers crossed the eye situation can be helped a little. But I'm stuck with what to do about the hormones. My doc is adamant she won't put me back on HRT due to the high BP it caused with the migraines.
She has said I could go back onto cerazette but I'm not convinced about that either. 😒 Just know if this whole couole of weeks of feeling rough has been from hormonal surges and dips there's no way I can do without some form of help as I have felt shocking.
Sorry this has been such a long moaning post, I'm just worried, health anxiety is well and truly playing up tonight.
