Title: Forgot to take Utrogestan

Anyone advise please - I’ve completely forgotten to start my 12 days of Utrogestan - I should have started it 9 days ago! What should I do? Thanks!

Hi Bellababe, just resume taking it. No problems, some women do a long cycle of more than a month without taking it.
