Title: Estrogel morning or night?

I apply mine at night along with taking my 100mg utrogestan.
Should I be applying the gel in the morning?

Hi Jogawne

It's a matter of preference and how you feel. The only thing about night time application is that depending on where on your body you apply it, who you share your bed with and what you wear in bed - you have to be careful to avoid close skin to skin contact with a male partner, child (or pet!) for at least the first hour to avoid transfer.
