Hi ladies, this might seem like a silly question but I’ve been on one pump of oestrogel for six weeks and the doctor said to I could go up to two pumps if I felt I needed it. I definitely feel better for being on it. The feeling of constant, intense anxiety has definitely lifted but I don’t exactly feel triumphant about life! Should I try an extra pump and then go back down if it feels too much? I’m still getting anxiety before and during my period so is that an indication I need a bit more? I’m confused to need some pointers from the HRT pros! Thanks ladies x

I would be tempted to go to 2 pumps.
If you read the instructions 2 pumps is the recommended dose.
