Hi Ruralrach. Welcome!

Sorry to hear of your experiences re your latest HRT. Hopefully over the last five years you did have some success? Thanks for posting about your withdrawal from it and please keep sharing your experiences. On the two occasions I've had to stop using HRT it was around three months before symptoms hit their peak again so once you get to that milestone you will know more of how you feel without it.

You will find lots of friendship, support and advice on here.

Hi Ruralrach,

Your experience sounds quite similar to mine. I'm 7 weeks off HRT (55). I'm having ongoing bleeding issues but am coping ok with the flushes etc so far.  Like you, I feel enough is enough.

Good luck and keep us posted!
