...and then today I am hit with tiredness, lethargy, fatigue, nauseous. I actually am at a loss to describe how I feel today or pinpoint any single thing - just a combination of hell. Day 11 on Evorel Conti. Just finished my first bleed for about 6 days on this pack without any problems and wondering if it has anything to do with that?? I had an email consultation with Dr Currie and whilst I understand that we are all different and some women have to wait the full 3 or so months to see significant differences, any idea how long the side effects should last? In total I have been on HRT now for 7 weeks (a slight change to Conti after week 5).
I am putting my tiredness etc down to that Maybe?
On top of the PMs latest changes my mood is taking a nose dive :'(

Crashing fatigue? Happens to many. So disappointing after a few better days!

I recognise your crashing fatigue and I sympathise.
If I take a 75mcg patch or only 3 pumps of estrogel I literally cannot get out of bed.
It has to be a 100mcg patch or 4 pumps of estrogel and then I’m absolutely fine and functioning.
The hot flushes disappear on lower doses but In order to get rid of the fatigue I need a higher dosage.
Such a fine line isn’t it.
