Title: 10 months no flushes

Hi everyone I started HRT 10 months ago and all my flushes went now I feel they are coming back at night.
Has anyone else had this?
I have changed nothing and I’m on continuous pill.
Advice please?

Perhaps your body is producing less oestrogen so you need a higher dose. I've recently increased mine because of returning meno symptoms.

Hi, yes-I know a few of my friends have had to increase their doses as their levels went lower, it's definitely 'a thing' :)
