Title: Swapping patches for Cream and tablets

I am about to swap from evorol sequi patchers to the estrogen cream/pump and progesterone tablets.  Has anyone doen this. If so what should I be aware off. Swapping as I have breast pain.

Are you in the UK, as far as I know, cream is not available on prescription here.

I meant the pump for estrogen gel

I like the gel but I have postmenopausal bleeding still even after reducing.
The gel didnt cause it, it happened with patches too.
