A quick question. When u use gel and seperate progesterone, are there different doses of progesterone you can start out on as you start on low estrogen dose?
I'm expecting to start on low dose of gel, but I'm a bit worried the progesterone will then be too much. 🤷♀️
Speaking to gp on Wed, and I want to be in the most knowledgable position I can be 🤞

Hi if you are on continuous hrt it’s 100mg every day . If you are on sequential then it’s 200mg for 12 days a month. This is for up to 4 pumps of Oestrogel x

Thank you. So I'd be on sequential as still getting periods. So 200mg, whether I start on one pump or am on 4? Does that cause issues?
