Hi,
Does meno affect the way you think and make you anxious? For example, if my partner looks miserable and doesn't say anything to me I get anxious thinking that he's upset with me. I'm worried about this because I'm not sure if it's normal. It doesn't happen 24/7 but it happens from time to time.
Thanks
Karine

I think hormones make you more emotional at certain times throughout your life so meno is no different really.

Oh lord yes. Get really paranoid as well. Some days I think my hubby is going to leave me. The other day my daughter was a bit sharp with me and i went home and really sobbed. Totally over reacted.x

I'm kind of the other way - everything and everyone annoys the heck out of me!

Yes. Sometimes I cannot tolerate others as well.

Yes, definitely. Anxiety and insomnia were my worst symptoms, never had anxiety before peri and don't have it now that I'm on HRT.

Thats more like me, im feeling a lot less tolerant and get so angry. It like ive got PMT, not on HRT. I think its just Covid, the rules, the mess we are in and no light at the end of the tunnel. Its bòund to cause additional stress.]

Yep, me too. I get butterflies for absolutely no reason. It's horrible. Made worse by environmental factors like covid. Better on HRT, but still bad at times.
