Title: Oestrogel advice please

I've been on the gel for over a month, 2 pumps, one on each thigh. I am just going up to 3 pumps and have been putting 2 on 1 thigh and 1 on the other.
Is this okay to do as advised by specialist to put on thighs and then upper arms. I'm worried about this as seen a few times stared should be below the waist?

I use it on upper arms and shoulders too.
