Title: Feeling flat and exhausted

Hi

I’m currently on Estelle 80 patch with 3 pumps of oestrogel, androfemme and Provera.

I just don’t feel myself at all. Very flat and tearful. Had terrible premenstrual symptoms this month too. Sleeping all day, tearful and anxious.

I’ve been researching oestrogen dominance and wondering if anyone else has suffered with this (I’m also overweight).

I’m seriously thinking of stopping my HRT altogether and starting from scratch?

Your advice would be much appreciated

How long have you been on it? It took ten months for my side effects to stop and I was having more better days than awe full days.😀

On various types for ten years. This regime for about a year. Really struggling x
