Just wondering if anyone has had success with multi gyn products for post menopausal Urethral symptoms.

Not for urethral symptoms - as far as I know Multigyn is for maintaining the vaginal pH, to treat and prevent bacterial vaginosis. I should think it would sting like blazes if applied to the urethra. Local oestrogen would be more appropriate as the lower urinary tract has many oestrogen receptors.
