Title: Lube for sex diring peri menopausal dryness

Best lube for sex when using ovestin cream once a day?

I think its worth using some lube while having sex so as not to damage the vagina wall.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

Hi

Best I have found is good glide from Victoria Health, however, they key to success seems to be to keep the area permanently moisturised with something like yes waterbased moisturiser & vagifem if you need it.

KY Jelly has worked for us.  I wait B4 putting the ovestin in to see if DH is in the  :bed: mood .........

I use yes water based lubricant externally, feels very slightly uncomfortable when first put on, but within a few seconds its fine and does the job!

The burning is still bsd after 2 days of the ovestin. I know it's early days but I just feel like I will never have sex again.

Really fed up today x
