Title: HELP pls made a big mistake

Hi

I don't have a shower I have a bath.
I use gel on my arms. 50mcg 2 pumps one pump on each arm.
Normally I wash the gel off my arms before going into the bath as bathwater with gel in will go into my genital area and my breasts.
Tonight I just had a bath and reapplied gel, but I forgot to wash off the last night's gel from my arms so bathwater with last night's gel has got into my vagina and breasts.
I use vaginal utrogestan 100mg and oral utrogestan 100mg and am addicted to valium. I know that estradiol acts on GABA like valium, apparently in the opposite way to progesterone which is cross tolerant so I am worried that the oestrogel that has gone up my vagina will send me into withdrawal.
As I have reapplied gel, what should I do?

Don't panic dandelion all the fell from last night would be long gone - absorbed over the course of the day xxx

Gel not fell obviously  ::)
