I came here a little while ago to read and get advice. I had an awful time with health professionals giving me incorrect prescriptions and ended up giving them the advice via this forum! Long story short, I took the plunge with evorel 50 and utrogestan.
Thankyou again to all of those who helped me fix the errors and persevere.
I cant tell you how relieved I am that I took the plunge. It was a very tough decision but I felt that I could no longer do my job through brain fog and fatigue and i had lost pasion and feeling, and most of all, joy. Now, just over a month in ....
I feel fantastic. I feel better than fantastic. I can feel my confidence returning and the fog lifting and im smiling again. I can feel emotions other than sadness. I didnt realise how dreadfully dim my light had become.
Im lucky to have hit on the right combination with only a few side effects that are now going away. I realise that for some, the road isnt that easy. This post, i hope will give some hope to persevere.
So thank you to you all for the invaluable information and the help. :)

Lovely to hear good news, it does make a pleasant change from the other sort! Thank you for posting it as it will give encouragement to others, and it's nice to know the forum has been helpful when the so called professionals were not ::). (Why aren't I surprised ;D)
With every good wish for the future,

This is so good to read. I'm on my own personal journey. Had symptoms for about 18 months but just coped. Recently work stress and Corona have seen my anxiety spiral out of control. I have panic attacks with nausea every morning, it's so bad I can't work or function. Dr put me on anxiety meds a few months ago then on ADs last week. These are currently making me worse which I was told would happen. Spoke to another GP today who had agreed to try me on HRT but also have to stay on ADs. Just hope it all helps as I'm unable to cope like this. Glad your journey has been a good one
