Title: Moving from oestrogel/utrogestan back to evoral conti (woo-hoo!!) Urgent-ish

Oestrogel (1 pump morning and 1 evening) and Utrogestan (1 in the evening) about 5 weeks ago

& I bought Evorla Conti from superdrug & it's arrived!!

So I did gel last night and this morning & a tablet last night - when can I put my patch on?


I'm quite keen to start as I hate the side effects :-X :-\

I'd put it on in the evening. Don't know if this is right, it just seems the most sensible option.

I wondered about that & then I wondered about having had the gel this morning - but I guess I'd be putting more gel on and taking a tablet in the evening anyway

Now I have to pluck up courage to tell the GP

It should say in the leaflet but if you are changing from one conti hrt to another conti one then you can start using the new one immediately.

I spoke to the gp and told her I'd bought them privately and she was a bit cross and asked if it was in date

& seems a bit bemused that HRT had been hard to get hold of

But she said yes just to carry on with it tonight

24 hrs in and I feel normal again

I hated that gel/tablet
