Title: Is anyone getting a reaction to Evorel patches
Post by: Bobidy on June 18, 2020, 09:24:16 AM
Hi

I'm just wondering if anybody is getting a reaction to Evorel patches. I've been fine up until now (3 months on them).

I changed them last night and this morning I can see red lines around the edge, almost like a little burn mark, but not inside the actual patch.

I'm reluctant to stop them as I have to wear 2 so can't fit Estroderm and Estrodot are like hens teeth! I also don't want to go back to trying to find places to rub 8 pumps of gel.

I wonder if it's a reaction to the glue?

If it's round the edge it's possible you pulled the skin putting it on. I had spots underneath the patch which turned into painful holes in the skin when I left it on. I had to change (to gel). If it gets worse I would remove it. There was a recent post on this, not sure if it was yours?
