Title: New member, needs help

Hi I'm new on here and I'm hoping that you can help me. I'm 54 and menopausal. I have hot flushes and night sweats, which I expected, but does anyone else have strange feelings in the head, like icy water trickling down, and funny headaches??? This is getting me down so much. Hopefully you can put my mind at ease. Thank you 😊

A quick reply as am.out and.about. Just to say I have that ice thing, actually declared it's going to rain one day recently and felt cold spots on arms and hands. Really weird. As were the looks I got from family who I advised it was raining.

Welcome.  There are lots of strange and weird feelings/sensations during The Change.

Browse round.  Make notes  ;)

I actually have no idea what they mean. Just know I have had same feelings in hands arms and feet.
