Title: Utrogestan help please

hi ladies I need some help please I stopped evorel sequi in December when the patches went out of stock I have started estradot 50 and utrogestan on 29th May I need to take the utrogestan 2 x 100 after 15 days to 26 days but when do I start the next one if it is a 28 day cycle.  Really confused and can't work it out so any help would be much appreciated thank you

Hi the easiest way is to start taking it on the same date every month. X

If you're peri it's better to keep it in step with your own cycle. Most people have 28 day cycle so that's why they say 28 days. Day 1 is the first day of your bleed.

I do the same as Sheila, I synchronize it with my natural cycle, count start of period as cycle day 1 and start taking the utro on day 15-26.
