Title: How do I change from patch to gel ?

Hi ladies, due to all chemists near me being  unable to get Estraderm mx50 patches I have been swapped to Estradose gel. I just put last patch on today, so on Friday when due to change it, is that when I should start the gel ?.

Yes that's right. Start when your patch runs out.

I quite understand! Possibly it will take a little time to adjust to the change over, but there will always be someone here to advise or reassure. What with the patch supply situation it's a case of needs must. I had the same situation with Estradot patches and had to use Sandrena gel for a while. It went OK though, just less convenient.
