Title: Hrt & Migraine
Post by: elsie001 on May 19, 2020, 05:03:49 PM
I've been getting horrendous migraines recently and have decided to stop taking my hrt for now (Elleste Solo 1mg and mirena).

It's 4 days since I took my last tablet and I had a slight bleed today.  Just wondering if that's normal or if I should report it to my GP?

I'm 54 and have had mirena's for 5 years so no idea whether I'm still peri or not.

Hi!  maybe put the name of the product into the search box on the Forum and see what pops up.  Make notes ;-).

Hiya,Elsie. I have mirena. I stopped sandrena gel recently and after a few days I got a bleed. It only lasted a day.  Xxx

Thanks Tc. Mine seems to have just lasted the day too and it's reassuring to hear you've had a similar experience.
