Title: Estrogel and bloating with indigestion

Hi - about three weeks into 2 pumps estrogel and one pea of testrogel.  Really horrid bloating and indigestion yesterday and today. Today has the added bonus of upset tummy and cramps. Could this be too much estrogen?

Sorry, looks like your post got over looked. I'm just bumping it up for you.

I remember having bloating and cramps when I started HRT. It has settled now, but does take a while. I'd lower my dose, then symptoms came back, but the bad stomach went, couldn't manage, so highered my dose, bloating and stomachache back, 😡 nightmare, I used to take bisodol for it, which helped, but now, after about 12 months, it's all settled. Like I say, it did take a while. .
I'm sure someone will come on soon and offer advice, hang on in there.

Kitty M I've stopped oestrogel as it gave me horrible acid indigestion.(amongst other side affects)I was already on 30mg lansoprazole. Since I've stopped the gel it's gone, it's a weird symptom to have as tablets were fine x

May I ask please, are you using any other HRT since you have stopped the Oestrogel.

Hi damejean.   I'm now on evorel 25 patch which seems better. I couldn't get on with the gel at all.  I take utrogestan every other night and hope to eventually go on a long cycle. Having bloods tomorrow to see if I can get testosterone x
